Vincent Battista is the owner of Bold Electric LLC and BoldGenerators.com. He is a licensed electrician
with experience since 1999, and personally creates your whole home generator installation quote after his
site walk-through.

Daniel Battista, our Chief Logistics Officer, fields all emergency calls. He is retired from PSE&G after 37 years of service, and is Vincent’s father.

Brian DelMonte is a Project Manager and Senior Mechanic, certified by Kohler, and attended Somerset County Technical School. He creates written electrical quotes after his on site walk-through.

Tommy Rozmerski is a Mechanic and our Lead Generator Maintenance Technician certified by Kohler, Briggs & Stratton, Generac, and Eaton. He attended Bloomfield Technical School and was a Class A certified auto mechanic from 1983-1999. (with Bold since January 2007)

Meem Siegrist is the bookkeeper for vendor accounts and directs phone calls. She is retired from 33 years of bookkeeping at Chubb, and is Vincent’s grandmother. (with Bold since February 2007)

Kevin DelMonte is the lead Project Manager for Generator Installations and a Senior Mechanic. He is certified by Kohler, and attended Somerset County Technical School. He creates written electrical quotes after his on site walk-through.

Jessica Guarino is the Accounts Payable Manager, Human Resources, and Marketing Coordinator. She manages payments to creditors/vendors, maintains insurances/licenses, and keeps accurate financial records. Jessica also processes payroll/employee benefits, ensures company policies are government compliant, and manages advertising/social media. She earned a bachelor's degree in Music Technology from the NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development, cum laude, in 2003. (with Bold since March 2012)

Isaac Morales is a mechanic, and attended Somerset County Technical School.

Lee Ann Miller is the Generator Maintenance Division Manager. She executes generator maintenance contracts, files extended warranty claims, registers units, and initiates and coordinates repair requests for generators. (with Bold since January 2014)

Don Hart is our Project Coordinator and Sales Consultant. He was an electrician’s mate in the US Navy active in reserve from 1973-1996 and graduated from Union County Votech in 1979. Don has been a NJ licensed electrician since 1980 and self-employed from 1980-2015. He is OSHA certified and BOMI certified in building management and systems. (with Bold since July 2015)

Joe Del Vecchio is a Generator Mechanic. He has been in sales since 2005 and also has a background in management, automotive repair, and fitness. Joe has earned various licenses and certifications in these fields. He graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute with a degree in Automotive and Diesel repair in 1990.

Michelle Schweitzer is the Accounts Receivable Manager and Subcontractor/Municipality Coordinator. Michelle oversees the company’s generated income and various payment gateways. She implements incoming electrical and generator installation contracts, coordinates contractors, applies for associated utility and municipal permit approvals, and coordinates installations and inspections.

Joe Olsommer is an apprentice. He graduated from Union County VoTech's electrical technology program in 2020, and is presently in their apprenticeship program.

Justin Morkavich is our Warehouse Logostics Coordinator. He organizes, maintains and audits the company’s material inventory. Justin also places job supply, stock orders, and monitors warehouse security. A certified machinist with a class A license, and TWIC card holder, Justin is also a combat veteran of 3 foreign conflicts where he served as an E5 sergeant specializing in chemical weapons with the Medical Corp.
